Yes. The My Hifz tab on your dashboard is your personal hifz space — completely separate from your students. You can track your own sabaq, do your own daily review, use the Dhor Plan, and earn your own certificate. Your revision and your students’ revision never mix.

Yes — the Messages tab lets you send individual messages to any student or broadcast to all students at once. Messages appear in the student’s dashboard and are also sent by email.

You’ll receive a weekly progress report by email every Friday — showing how many days your child completed, new ayahs memorised, their current streak, Manzil sessions done, and any notes from their teacher. You can also log into the parent portal with your own account for a live view of their progress.

The parent portal is a separate login for parents, linked to their child’s account. It shows their child’s memorisation progress, attendance record, weak ayahs, recent session history, and teacher notes — without having access to the child’s learning interface. Ask your school or teacher to set up your parent account.

No. Parent portal access is completely free. If your child is enrolled through a teacher or school, their access is also covered — parents and students pay nothing separately. Only independent students (without a teacher) have their own subscription.

On the login page, click Forgot Password and enter the email address used to register. A reset link will be sent within a few minutes. If the email doesn’t arrive, check the spam folder. If there’s still an issue, contact your teacher or school admin — they can reset it from their end.

Yes. HifzIQ stores only the data needed to track hifz — name, email, memorisation records, and session history. No sensitive personal information is collected. Data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. Your child’s progress data remains saved even if they stop using the platform.

The plugin validates your license weekly. If it expires, the plugin stops working and your teachers and students will see a renewal notice. No data is deleted — everything is stored safely in your own database. Renewing the license instantly restores full access.

Yes. Teachers can generate a printable certificate for any student who has completed at least one full surah at Manzil level.
