1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HifzIQ Pro (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
HifzIQ Pro is operated by Ustadha Fahmina Jawed (“we”, “us”, “our”), creator of 11 years Old website IslamHashtag.com and theislamicblog.com
2. Who Can Use HifzIQ Pro
You may use HifzIQ Pro if you are:
- At least 13 years of age, or
- Under 13 with verified parental consent, or
- A school or institution registering on behalf of students
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Types
HifzIQ Pro offers the following account types:
Student — Individual learner managing personal Hifz progress
Teacher / Ustadha — Educator managing student progress and assignments
School / Madrasa — Institution managing multiple teachers and students
Parent — Read-only access to a linked student’s progress
Each account type has different features and pricing as described on our Pricing page.
4. Free Trial
- All new Student and Teacher accounts receive a 3-month free trial upon registration
- No credit card is required to start the free trial
- At the end of the trial, access continues only with an active paid subscription
- Your Hifz data is safely stored and accessible again upon renewal
- Trial abuse (creating multiple accounts to extend free access) is not permitted and may result in account suspension
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Pricing
Current pricing is listed on the Pricing page at hifziq.com/pricing. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Independent Student: $3/month after free trial
- Starter Teacher (3 students): $19/month after free trial
- Pro Teacher (8 students): $35/month after free trial
- Unlimited Teacher: $49/month
- School plans: from $49/month
5.2 Billing
Payments are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method.
5.3 Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before expiry.
5.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded. Your Hifz data is retained for 90 days to allow renewal.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Free Trial
No charges apply during the free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no cost.
6.2 Paid Subscriptions
We offer a 7-day refund from the date of first paid charge if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, email info@hifziq.com within 7 days of payment.
6.3 No Refunds After 7 Days
After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
6.4 School Licenses
School plugin licenses are non-refundable once the license key has been issued and activated.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@hifziq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until that date.
8. Teacher and School Responsibilities
8.1 Teacher Plans
Teachers are responsible for:
- Ensuring students registered under their invite link have consent from parents or guardians if under 18
- Not sharing their invite link publicly beyond their intended students
- Keeping their student seat count within their plan limit
8.2 School Licenses
School license holders are responsible for:
- Installing the HifzIQ School Plugin only on the domain specified in their license
- Not sharing or transferring the license key to third parties
- Ensuring their students and teachers use the platform appropriately
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account login with others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the platform
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Use the platform for any purpose other than Quran memorisation and Islamic education
- Create fake accounts or manipulate the system
- Attempt to access other users’ data
10. Your Data
10.1 What We Store
We store your name, email address, Hifz progress data (surah, ayah, review history), session logs, and subscription information.
10.2 Data Retention
Your Hifz data is retained for 90 days after subscription expiry, giving you time to renew. After 90 days, inactive data may be deleted.
10.3 Data Ownership
You own your personal Hifz data. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy at hifziq.com/privacy-policy for full details.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on HifzIQ Pro — including the platform design, code, graphics, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Ustadha Fahmina Jawed. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Quran text and audio used on the platform are sourced from publicly available Islamic resources and remain the property of their respective sources.
12. Sister Sites
HifzIQ Pro is connected to:

- theislamicblog.com — Islamic resources for Children and Muslim women
- Madrasatuna.com- Tasheel Islamic curriculum and Quran Classes
These are separate websites with their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
HifzIQ Pro is provided “as is.” We make no guarantee that:
- The platform will be available 100% of the time
- The platform will be 100% error-free although we will try our best to maintain that.
- The spaced repetition system will produce specific memorisation results
We do our best to maintain uptime and improve the platform continuously.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HifzIQ Pro and team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India serving under Islamhashtag.com. Disputes if any shall be resolved in the courts of India.
